EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.$ Y$ D6 b1 j% B% m, i
Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.
$ Q; e& d+ \: R* W: h0 TOfficers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.
- M! ^8 o+ @! K+ dThe male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
