关于结婚和common-law partner.

假如我男朋友已经是permanent resident(和家里一起申请投资移民来的),已经住够时间在申请citizenship了.而我是study permit,我们想结婚,都需要办些什么手续呀?有知道的人可以说一下吗?如果是办理common-law partner呢?

我觉得应该没问题吧，所有买车注册的地方都可以注册结婚，你去问问吧。

国际学生也一样可以在这里登记结婚的
只是去注册的地方申请个license, 然后在找个专门的commisioner 主持一下, 签发一张证书就应该完成了

需要办理COMMON-LAW关系认证，结婚拿到证书后可以办理PR移民，具体到加拿大移民局网站

you will be able to apply for immigration by declaring your common-law partnership with your cohabitant boyfriend at the lawyer. you guys don't have to get married if that is your question. the form could be downloaded from www.cic.gc.ca. you can just bring it to the lawyer and have them signed.

两个人都是中国公民的话也可以在这边登记结婚吗？

Just a comment on common-law relationship declaration. You do NOT need a lawyer to declare such relationship. As long as you have lived with your bf for over 12 consecutive months, you are can apply for PR under common-law class.

I recently had my application process completed by CIC under the common-law class. I printed out the Declaration form on the CIC website and had the Commissioner of Oath sign on the form(with a small fee). You can do this at any registry. The whole Sponsorship+PR process taken up to a year in many cases. Just keep in mind that you have to provide as many documentation to prove your relationship as you can. Good luck.

可以的，申请的时候带上你的护照，你男朋友的资料，添表，之后找牧师，宣誓，正式申请结婚证书，结婚后估计你在申请移民就可以了
