Major Responsibilities: ' f% D0 H) r1 U
Z+ x! K. F4 e9 J8 V. Y( A: QGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.; Z0 V$ y1 ~* V& I; F
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing., E1 A8 ]( Q, X: @; h3 R# |
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.: f8 E1 G- O x; {3 s. g
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.) }" [9 e* f5 r5 m
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
& B1 H$ D* r. O* ^o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc." p! T' e$ J" `+ M
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.8 g3 E: o! w4 N' x/ S5 I# r
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
! P4 H) c* n! V/ eo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

6 m, b! P& J# N# X. E$ No Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
( i5 O; W* W" ~0 F0 v _o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).! o8 N' p0 K2 x
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
4 B0 ~/ D; p, C3 T* eo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.5 o) S! }5 v4 W5 C1 X
Clerical:
% z) t0 l; c) y) V k1 i/ to Telephone and reception.# Q! J; b, X. _+ ^
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.7 B& V5 o$ d* v
o Hotel and travel bookings.
( \: p% s: p @6 L8 |o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
3 c0 ^& K% ?! |o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
