Major Responsibilities: 0 ?! R5 ^* f' R  c
•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.: Q1 m7 y2 ^$ m
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory./ v) k" }8 Z0 J' N# w2 C6 O
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
4 l+ s/ F1 }6 S•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.1 l9 h1 X) n! k( B, d
•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.# I5 V! ?% n" B- F) @
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.) v/ l" v2 }+ f! I# O
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.
