The pain of our loss is beyond anything we could

5 ?  z8 Y7 m5 P& C& o1 z+ V> and over again people tell us that they could never
> begin to understand the
, u( S- L7 I* U6 q, g5 C> depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One
( @* ~7 k; D! x> who does understand and
> feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It
> happened when God gave the
  K& S. f* @; u+ g> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem
' a, [. D/ x5 O) O" {8 M% D> sinful lives and to purchase
> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised
> His son from the dead
> and conquered death. It is though this event where

5 j) ?! t2 j2 I7 l! `> intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have
  O7 Z4 E) A7 h! N5 L+ t! U> hope. This hope, that's
> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a

> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager
> anticipation and a longing
> for the time when we shall be forever with the Lord.
