We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

% r6 f& d, x2 D4 n3 E, C; J# g' S6 @+ uDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
3 ^# P; M! K, J% k, ^4 ?•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
! H( e# M  R, d7 {, T•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
0 b* L7 E1 }2 X7 [$ e8 g* r0 P•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
% f& y; b+ y* r8 e6 [) L•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
' d; i* O0 {  y•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
' h  e2 D* B5 L# \; Y( P•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
7 @, q; {  t- o' k  c3 b6 ]•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
, b9 ]1 s6 j3 X) [* q, k! Q; ~•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
