8 v# O! C% M3 n0 f+ a& r, @: U# }" n We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
. v+ {' A1 `( b0 Y
& o5 V* H" a; K* r& W* QDuties:
! ^0 u5 S4 U4 r/ C% E  y# g•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
% _; }& B0 S& k* c! P/ M4 N•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
+ z0 t# u9 R% w, H, Q% p: |) q•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
- _6 e( H, k' d# J. E& h6 w•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
0 X" ~0 \& k, Y& P7 `# K•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
2 H& n  Q% F7 _0 c& H•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
