We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
4 f. X3 i! j5 o$ ], ~# D4 s8 n•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
3 w  {2 a; \, [- `; ^•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
% R3 P9 I$ O! T5 L! _•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
' `: P  s: K: u$ v•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
