You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. ' j% d1 @& d' ^) N2 ^! Y+ t2 p7 d2 r# _) g7 @' F; E. D
But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
