Ratio: 36% (40%, 38%, 57%)

# Expired Listings: 578 (279, 166, 223)
# Canceled/withdrawn/terminated listings: 47 (33, 47, 38)
" ]$ {" w2 W" Y, N+ m3 f$ X4 [: |Net loss/gain in listings this week: -350 (-88, 77, -105)
Active listings for single family homes: 3228 (3362, 3436, 3390)

房子根本就没有人买，除非卖家比别人低一截，然后就逐步降，但是还是没有人买
