局面：我收到了来自学校体育馆经理的最后通牒，要求我们活动人员立即改正，否

育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了5 r8 }6 g T: m8 r* N0 i8 [6 `
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。# o u! n; r: @1 a$ e' V a5 V

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，

线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很

1. Several members of your group are refusing to leave at the end of the

the custodian to call the police and have your group members removed from

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members

etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure

of treatment from a group using premises free of charge.6 q# r+ R. K% T) Q. F& K+ p4 `
3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are
: L* j7 o3 Y( j2 XNOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas
( q6 L- u1 Z) d, Rthat are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every
$ V- c; X# {6 F2 B% Y9 r' \endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
! m L. y$ x/ @: r0 [work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
4 f$ x- c) M9 |" W9 \in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in
( G2 J. o% Z( h; Rour building but are expected to remain in the gymnasium area only.
