最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体' ^/ f/ |9 w2 c9 N7 l
育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了$ B1 q6 ^' H1 p+ s+ s
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

( I9 i7 T- [9 W我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，
0 h7 n; W3 H% y九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并
% e Z3 d) T) T7 X# a* A$ n2 {协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路3 w! F( }( w4 B6 V. o. E ^9 ]; r
线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很

etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure

3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are
& G- a6 {: N5 G' cNOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas+ E$ A+ e: K- E, P |
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every6 ]1 q! H7 r1 T+ a$ R, a2 U
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the& u3 d6 `4 }* `9 ~4 n
work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
* S( P" `4 N3 Hin the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in8 Q0 ]2 t; m* b$ t
our building but are expected to remain in the gymnasium area only.
