n+ s/ C: a8 Q. z$ a x& L2 ePrices will also remain flat at an average $335,000 next year after dipping one per cent in 2008, the real estate firm said in a news release.

That’s slightly higher than figures released Tuesday by the Realtors Association of Edmonton, which reported 16,763 sales through November and conceded that the local market is unlikely to reach the predicted 18,500 sales for the year. $ o, E2 n3 l0 j# S

Saskatoon is expected to see a three per cent increase in sales – the leader in Canada. Prices are also predicted to rise two per cent.
