请教关于拿work permit打on campus兼职工的问题

本人是visiting scholar拿的work permit。许可上写着employer是univ. of Alberta.职位 univ. professor. 请问可以在大学里打part time工么？

如果想要找权威人士咨询，应该去哪里？

你都拿了WORK PERMIT
但是非常不解为什么楼上需要打兼职呢？你都是教授了~~~怎么也混了个PHD阿
难道不成将来在HUB的SUBWAY，JAVA能够看到你？
还是打算去GSA接电话？？？

没解释清楚。其实是国内公派联合培养的学生过来做1-2年的访问研究，只是办理签证的时候给了个work permit（感觉很意外这个occupation听起来很酷）。国家给的奖学金有限，生活起来比较紧张，加上只在实验室做研究感觉口语提高很慢，也希望能有所提高。

我不是很明白的是，工作许可上说明 not authorized to work in any occupation other than stated； not authorized to work for any employer other than stated. 这里的work只是的full-time的工作么？还是说on campus的工作不受work permit的限制。

能否帮忙解释一下。多谢！

I think that it means you are only allowed to work as univ. professor in univ. of Alberta.
Nothing more than that.

如果已经指定了employer是谁
就不能再去别的地方打正式工了

恩,对的,因为你是有奖学金的.所以不要和我们抢的意思。
而且，学校的工资非常的少,你应该知道，基本上都是8，9 块钱一个小时。
你应该先准备移民，PR下来以后，就好办了。

再说了，我觉得学校里面的工作，基本上都是中国人，口语提高的程度非常低，最多认识多几个吃的单词。
真正要提高口语的话，还要要去WEM那种人流量大，说英语比较多的地方

So you are not allowed to work anywhere else. It has indicated two points: Employer: U of A, Occupation: univ. professor

Otherwise, go to find a job paid by CASH, not Cheque.

I understand that my answer is what you didn't want to see. But you can check with CIC.
