"Cantruss", as well called as "Uni-strud", or "C channel", is a very commonly used industrial/commercial standard framing/supporting material, usually used to make a sort of brackets as a support to Cable Tray by using spring nuts and bolts, or use "P Clamp" to hold pipes/conduits/cables, even sometime are used to bolt onto another material directly. ! t( p. Most cantruss are made by steel, however, we do see aluminum cantruss some time as well, for an instance, the rung or a ladder tray.: [7 ~4 R; R7 o- w: X

Hacksaw does work as well, by you might need a little bit musle!

Most common ways to put cantruss together is by welding, drill hole and bolt it together, or using some pre-fabricated "T" or "L" shape joiners, p0 z- f; O6 Z& Q: c4 @1 u

So, remember to grind the galvanize off about half inch back at either end of the welding points before you deliver it to a welder will be highly appreciated by welders.
