今天我去拿工作  听说comm0nwealth MNU 这个工地要推迟  21号要做投票表决是停还是继续，因为suncor现在有2个工地同时进行，他们要关一个工地所以可能50%的希望吧  还有这个工地在orientation要进行英文考试，所以大家要有准备,如果那loa的朋友先不要租房子，以防又干一个星期被lay off 损失房租。我会在登信息告诉大家进展。

2. 如果 Rant 按 safety importance 来分属1-5级的第5级(5级为 least),what will be do to you? (这题很重要,but i not sure the standard answer).
3. write down one size of marrette?   (NO.335 red flip , No.331 Orange, No.333 yellow ETC)
4. list 3 kind of industrial voltage.  5. Did you ever run conduit and tray cable? 6. Teck cable termination  need connector?

"Cantruss",  as well called as "Uni-strud", or  "C channel",  is a very commonly used industrial/commercial standard framing/supporting material, usually used to make a sort of brackets as a support to Cable Tray by using spring nuts and bolts, or use "P Clamp" to hold pipes/conduits/cables, even sometime are used to bolt onto another material directly.

+ }4 ]2 D% D  }% Xthe most commonly used size of cantruss also called standard cantruss has its dimension of 2 5/8" by 1 7/16", with holes bored on either side or just a whole piece. other than that, we also use "shallow cantruss", which is half the depth of standard size or "double cantruss", which is pre-manufactured two standard cantruss simply back to back welded together.

& j4 ~/ ^- O3 b# _: Q% g1 R# q) yMost cantruss are made by steel, however, we do see aluminum cantruss some time as well, for an instance, the rung or a ladder tray.

; e% s6 n$ Z8 N) d1 PThe best way to cut a contruss is by using chop saw, however chop saws are banded on some jobsite in Alberta, which is very wired. other means of cutting a contruss might be band saw, sawsall(reciprocating saw), or hydraulic cantruss cutter. Hacksaw does work as well, by you might need a little bit musle!

  ~( y. H( ]7 H, f! HMost common ways to put cantruss together is by welding, drill hole and bolt it together, or using some pre-fabricated "T" or "L" shape joiners

$ r3 v4 [: Y; T# u& R! ^7 {Steel cantruss is usually galvanized for corrosion resistance, but the galvanize also causes some problem and generate poison gas when welding . So, remember to grind the galvanize off about half inch back at either end of the welding points before you deliver it to a welder will be highly appreciated by welders.

' C5 T  o  X- }/ y0 Ywow，只记得颜色，原来还有号码！
顺便说一句，有一种marrette，帽卸下来以后，能把里面的芯拿下来，芯上有螺丝，可以把线固定住，是专门用于有震动的环境的，比方说motor。

记得marrette是多伦多一个叫marr 的大哥一百年前发明的，但不知咋后面整了个ette出来，法语？

tech cable的connector，不管是否防爆关键是要说明gland里面要有一个不锈钢的三个爪形状的"power-grip grounding ring", 否则就不是tech用的 ：）

Teck cable connector for exploreproof situation usually be called STX. is it you talking about?

No whatever St, stx, ste or stex, as long as it has the grounding ring in it, it is designed to be used for tech, otherwise it is meant to be used as connectors for tray cables, lite HLT serious or strain releave connectors. all it matters is to get the armor grounded by that stainless steel ring.  
as of the explosive-proof feature, it just provides a little compartment to put the those stuff in and provide a cool down leakeage air way which makes it looks fancy. other than that no big deal.  
This is merely my understanding, not guaranteed to be the right answer.
