Definition of Restricted Dog! {( n- J$ v% o, I
The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

6 E3 |* i. U( I+ h: AThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
1 q! x$ t) ? D& k7 `3 OThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
3 H. @+ J3 V/ x3 UThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act - y% n N; n' h# s5 |
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
; M8 f& r; Y/ C$ Y" KCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
