9 x" R- D9 B6 T0 q7 TThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
3 D x% g V8 H' V* }8 l) q+ RThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
1 d) y1 Q L( Y# p* |% OCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club , s& r# S5 |8 C4 Y+ j0 w
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
