一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

& k5 u% I& M+ z9 V7 H. W1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

4 A$ t6 V) B  i& ]- Z2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

$ w4 N5 x4 p9 r5 K+ J9 Y3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
2 m$ L$ w( o5 c% j! troad test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

请问楼上的， 分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
