一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

! N$ m8 S0 y/ T) [' l# B4 y4 h1 M前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

1 v1 z- S! C0 H1 E4 ^3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
& W4 w+ s0 v' Yroad test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
2 m- v$ a& e$ s" ^once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
