Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.
2 u% K" R7 O+ W+ t- M+ f/ S. ~
! I% T2 F  O+ W3 A& a- F6 U2 ZThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

/ }& \2 P, j8 f  t3 Y* CI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

如果我没有记错的话,去年10月开始Bedrock在Riverside的那间spechome就是399,900,背靠Terwillegar Drive.

现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
