he is a holder of a ,alberta issued, driving instructor licence

let not fool ourself that mr. trailway is a properly licence instructor.
he is openly defying the law of alberta.
7 o" o- t9 F# K1 [/ L% ghow can someone teach other about the rules of the road and yet he is breaking the law himself.
when someone teaching illegal, you will be penalized by alberta government.
