How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?- a. J- }% }' x( l. K: K
7 i# T5 R3 i+ Q; ^% m! j; c1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
1 s: H. O6 p& T# B2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;) e1 h6 ?' ^) n
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;& ^3 s6 R% |. @
4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;
; `2 e6 F1 k* a: d( L1 j% S5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;1 q8 P3 E% V! x, J9 d+ N
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).
