How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?5 a, S" h1 A* e3 I% K% z
9 y* E2 P; @# C# r( P8 {# A% S1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it; - U& V% A0 q5 k/ d8 p4 `
2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;, Z2 m) m) ]& z1 O
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;3 S* F$ l( g* h. p$ D% _* v' T+ d
4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;
- r( S: R) k/ u8 k% f* b' p( E5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;
6 D. l. `! F0 k6 [2 C F* c. j6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).
