Job Description
Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
; K0 z3 t  _) M- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
  K2 S- u/ o) _5 ^; P8 ^1 g- Recruit children for summer program
8 F1 e) n8 g* Z" _2 n- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
+ _2 c0 t* t: R7 e8 s  C8 A0 {$ e/ V
) \; [% x* Z  ?) r  l& M- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
9 P/ L2 C+ [0 P3 `% [- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
, C% w9 f- {) `- communication skills
1 r$ K0 L, J; W, M5 s! I) u; M- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
& Y( E9 \7 v# E8 s- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
