年初的时候去看过他们riverside的房子，销售说那里没有低于40W的，最便宜的也要到42W多，40W以下的可以移步到SW看看。
. O- F) ?) }- q( P$ O5 M- i" _7 f! }不过昨天看报纸，好像广告出现了399，999的房子了，仅此一套

What I know is that you do need to worry about the new house after year 2005.Troublesome and expensive. If old house from first owner lived with family, they usually well maintained and the quality are usually much better.

From all the new houses I have seen, I love Jaymans' and Daytona's house the best. all other builders just cannot compare with them.
