这个“整整”用英文该怎么说呢

瞎参和一下：我们老师发的OUTLINE里说那次考试是整整一百分，用的是A FULL BROWN HUNDRED MARK。

这个整整不是total，比较接近full, integer的意思。能说 a full hundred ...吗？

我查了一下，有类似的表述，a full hundred years, a full hundred repetions, a full hundred feet, etc.
