Responsibilities:
1 }7 G* s4 c; k3 j- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
1 n1 W v! H: D/ d1 C! G preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps% F" e6 s6 i) p+ H6 Z
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
5 S- q" B8 i3 c& Y! ~+ u- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies0 r4 g5 Y' ?: F' W K, V. w) h
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
- C' i1 ^) e7 P+ p( ?) X+ \ Coordinator, p3 x/ j# g" @7 V2 }. v
- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager) _6 A2 E" e p
1 b1 O g- Y" E# zQualifications:5 J, M; ^) }9 n" q E
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
2 D/ X3 N% m& v5 l0 L b( Y Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- b6 C" F8 p1 y+ `- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
5 l- N* H! |" A" Q7 T- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills; H" `! A: \% ?* t
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
4 a8 C& J& M, o3 o- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese+ a9 q/ n; N1 ^2 B* o0 \$ \
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities- M) U* h" a) d- ]
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* y* O; A, a. L# \! L/ N- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
