Responsibilities:
-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
/ K6 j/ u2 y3 |* C% Y-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
" {6 r: O7 Q; L4 ~# d$ `% i% W-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
1 d5 L; l4 x9 f-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
% P7 T+ u! U& p4 e) z  U9 `-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
# k$ }% M9 {- K: r! r! g-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
0 p4 ?# J1 G% _1 t! I2 Y-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
0 F( [9 @, {7 ^2 w-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
1 Y3 A" Y9 p! ~' K7 x-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
2 Z+ V/ z9 V/ {5 B5 l5 N        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
1 A- g: {3 J  u# }-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
1 M# i5 a! g% K* n-        $14.00 per hour
