Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
5 C  M1 ~) l% j6 D/ r+ `8 {Responsibilities:
# e  s' C8 N: v2 G- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- O& u# {% r; w5 r0 G- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
2 N4 ?9 @8 ]- n' i- Supervise volunteer(s)
5 L& d' O, b- s, M) N/ {0 W( x- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
9 Z' Z" [4 t& B/ a9 M- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
" H  E, K8 ~- h9 G$ i- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary
