Time        9:30am – 11:30am
( V% t7 ?4 W: [  ~Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
+ F/ X$ e, I- H+ E: i+ t. q4 H% \Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

2 |9 |; ]4 \; I8 c4 @1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
# j- R& ?0 S5 P8 s+ f$ ^( h9 A3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
2 H7 H- P; ?. U- m1 b: C  n( n( O4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

: s9 w) S$ c: BWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
