Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Time        9:30am – 11:30am
* B" Y! b# x& q5 t: g. vPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
; u' Y. n# l# t( q$ pFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
  p8 P8 u. Z7 G' Y3 `" H" a9 {9 @5 j1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
( N6 V8 d$ X. f" a8 e9 A2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
& P- G* B3 h& A7 L6 W  t3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
