Time        9:30am – 11:30am
2 s1 m; F: G  v/ }- bPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
: O, E! J7 _6 k  qFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
6 \- n; s& t5 Q2 K/ r2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
+ X- Q+ c( Y8 {* `* Q, S: J- Z0 i3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5 }2 Z: \* s" \9 w5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

( V' q- d) W& n9 |# R" ^6 G; eWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
