The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.1 ^& I6 v0 E/ Q1 ]* ^' f2 E
2 x1 C H$ w3 a+ Q" I! jThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

# K3 X- I4 Y$ s$ |• Human Resources Management
L3 u" W7 T) m% d• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
% o0 W+ N% y# G+ M• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
& {3 e& H( n$ i; N% \0 h& E• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities+ e( h) k- G% ?- a# _
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services& h7 ]0 Z" j$ O, `, Y0 l
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

& z$ k3 X2 f3 x) S0 DProgram Delivery( }+ |! T) Z; a6 e* B6 z0 \) l e
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
# A: t: d' W6 }+ x• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
& ^9 b1 J3 c3 h- W$ z# [( Q% e• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
: G' L6 T2 d" |& \- f: L/ d( A• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication0 v: w, ]+ S# F2 D+ Y
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested

. f2 K+ {, ^0 j! V/ e8 N3 P ?7 \• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
. n# j9 Y. n/ v& X5 C• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director; R* W% s$ D, \) |0 U
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review F6 s, k8 J% u$ z: ^& D: W) S
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required! n+ i4 @ I" V( g% @

Qualifications:- _; J$ s# }6 E7 e% _
" l6 ]0 S) H+ f( M$ x5 W V
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
5 {. e7 t3 W; D2 t0 i3 N% g• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities+ u4 E {1 m. E! O; E: y
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
+ C( n. U9 _2 I0 o8 {• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
* X: k0 j: b! Q8 f• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
