The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

- O" o" q* ]; H3 l; j- w$ ?This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

. P) r$ H& U# ~$ uJob Duties/Responsibilities:6 K) y# G4 g! W
•        Human Resources Management
' M6 ?! L$ S6 v+ W. x5 i•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
- E+ t) s2 R, _+ h$ m•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 3 G% j# E) U$ V) g+ J$ L7 l
•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities+ p0 H  x5 ^4 L( T  H7 n
•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services4 Q' `, b( u. ^; g# p
•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities# H5 s3 h: r% b" i

Program Delivery" U9 e+ C. H' L1 b0 [: U4 x* [
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program + j* B. T* d  p" C
•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
8 s7 c( \6 K  y% E( |$ g•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required' h( ^- J) B& J; N
•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication5 I7 `0 j- n, U% V
•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested
% c7 d2 F" f6 \  d•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
( V, ^8 i0 `/ u•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program7 f3 L& _3 L6 a5 t3 `3 e4 P
•        Implement service modification, as required( F2 Y: E) {. H2 j0 L" [$ ^

Administration. I1 O7 W3 s6 I8 ~0 i
•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director( w' U9 e- n0 r
•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review9 u' N5 U6 C/ r; |
•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required8 a. l' X% t7 f0 i
) M* b- X4 g5 k
Qualifications:. j% m3 V2 l9 C, x+ V+ F
$ J! `  {- ?, a' w3 }! F; e
•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
% F5 e2 B; X. {% `6 \- s3 W! }•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
& `- S6 ~3 u( v5 s; S0 M•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
6 c: V  E9 w1 W2 g: \/ f( ]•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations8 k5 M( @/ e1 k: B
•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population" c1 w+ P1 t* G1 Y2 M0 w
•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office2 {4 e# @2 g2 K
