不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。4 n z ^3 U& C+ y& z
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)6 @( Q$ C. ]9 v$ z
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
& P* a- v5 a! t0 n& f: m + R) _! B5 H" K- T' F# j @ V
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手4 P1 T# h0 K3 _; C+ q F
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time7 ^8 M ?7 w3 N: e9 s3 X
! S- v1 a3 ?" i& ]& ~. }) N# u注意 Note：8 F5 h: k* [0 o
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆2 w$ q) r. M1 i0 {9 `7 O% x/ H3 p
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
& Z+ q1 _* j3 y+ q8 p+ K( L ( p9 A* l5 {8 F3 Z% P
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。- a' h3 t3 s. j+ n; g1 Q; U
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!( w( _; Y( l- T* g* S( v9 h
