Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
# j+ r, L4 C) O0 U; h8 b9 {8 sAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time. C3 b, q$ r+ [& ~

注意 Note：
5 Y1 ^6 Q9 F( ?1 Q另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆* c3 P8 t% `; u) b1 e) Z+ L5 Y! W
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
$ v- O3 y1 W) `; c9 ?" c 5 F% D8 W4 |/ P5 k5 H/ n
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。* c. l4 {8 V/ ~, c) ~
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!! { ~! R. y( X2 t* ]8 ]
