T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
# B) x( R. b3 r/ `: D nRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)( F; m1 B8 Y% i: ^) ~# l+ A
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.0 a; ~$ H8 r( O# V ?
8 q( M+ e1 Y6 ^R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手7 l+ F* C2 ^! M( Y
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time: u0 Y0 k1 I( h; R- w2 T

注意 Note：7 I% V0 v7 M; U* _
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆7 f8 ?9 }! I$ {2 M
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
. u, v& D# y# Y( X( c v9 @" J1 tAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!* s" u5 C6 x8 ^( h
