R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手6 C7 F G: y8 i4 K' `
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：
7 h9 N2 K1 H9 o# U( T$ F另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆, k( o' v1 D) I( p
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
& s; {. Z9 a9 H) z# u& `7 A
% W; a: L' M: l$ }* t# V% W. _上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
f, }. E& B) e0 r/ ~Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
