有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

8 t* j0 v$ w! i7 ^8 n  ^& PYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
+ T" e4 N2 M$ r! Q* u身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
' B! G# d6 `: j- o( O' C$ q9 C; ZIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

  O* f- i3 \* c; A1 Z$ m6 ~中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
5 {/ p7 X; b" r2 eThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

6 `6 D1 H7 S9 i醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

. |3 ?( c$ G) R2 h' zS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
) M! [9 n  N, h* D2 h- j3 L* \Ask the patient to smile
0 @" d' J: U  j. J6 j9 E5 T$ S   
1 J: I% @3 }: z# U5 ET ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
" W# `$ w6 R! f+ RRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
7 j$ W1 r( j6 t" k( S! @注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
/ m- @+ U( S' }8 p" X$ JOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
1 l9 V. E. X* p; tAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
