R5 H1 D; _2 k, Z: T" n& m' ^T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
0 F5 {$ [" {$ K8 J; O" [' BRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)+ T* }) U% E1 T9 }% Y
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手9 ^, m. ~# D6 u0 m1 o/ a1 B
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time0 t, Q8 R$ l. F8 I
0 a% X4 j1 N$ ~. _: A v注意 Note：4 S. m) _' X) V0 l; f# }- j) d: X
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
# q9 I# T- t/ m$ hOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

8 W' w( ]0 ?: l/ e6 A- p上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
9 W7 l; z4 h% [8 VAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!7 q3 q' A, O/ s( ` h' r6 V' s/ Q! G

A cardiac surgeon says :
