有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
0 w: }6 A2 `9 S: bYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
; K/ ^& t5 c% v" SIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
- X" O# a5 z! Z7 i' X; A中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
) P8 j5 z& u- M2 c# A* a& J醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
6 t, _8 c: T" c" h5 z# {* H6 qA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
% O3 z3 n7 H0 `, G$ Y8 |  l2 G& eAsk the patient to smile
/ i' ~* n* ^' F4 D9 `7 q   
/ ~3 a3 }$ k9 MT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
* }; K: ]5 J# T( ]3 qRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
9 D; ^+ f, e" f/ Y8 E$ g# x& }R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
: v4 o6 E* M- Z- iAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

& s$ S6 @: k# b$ u1 O1 e注意 Note：
* t! C4 |7 P3 U% T另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
& j8 O9 S# D& A- M" @/ F5 iOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
, ?# N% L/ {# Y2 T  {* v. j' B   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
3 p7 P* Z2 H7 E/ d$ mAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
& L# b. c6 s% |! x心臟科醫師說，

: Z" R9 G3 S0 U9 u; \前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
