T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。- D# Y* E" Z' Q7 `8 T
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
9 x$ D0 V( M) j$ y1 O2 ?0 C，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
& M. g) H7 n$ B" }% l% Q0 d0 O6 \3 ~) L
( f2 A1 q$ x( Z( w9 _R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
* u7 j5 i5 \) L) R+ x# {- k! _! a3 aAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

$ d" q' X0 _! l4 {! Q6 Z注意 Note：
0 c7 l0 c/ @, ~1 c% t另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
* u" d0 Y% C3 j! Q; I* vOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.& j2 g: }! i* Y3 \! O' W
* N; i" L2 j0 c+ g
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
1 g0 V5 Y0 l# U2 `5 aAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!, e; r$ P" z7 t' O; ]$ R
r" g! ?7 d" i心臟科醫師說，# N- c" A5 B9 L# X3 h4 K2 A3 R
A cardiac surgeon says :
