有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

Later on, her husband called to tell these friends,
   
她被送到醫院，傍晚六點，就過世了，
She has been sent to the hospital at last, and she passed away at! 6 PM only,

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
5 ]4 [( w1 N, }/ X  @+ ?0 jYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
% P: f% P. ~; [8 ?4 A( `- F$ t  ]身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
% p- o3 I3 S9 \" h' i3 x中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
3 R7 K; u* w5 w% ?$ OThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
' J) T& }" M9 B  n& N醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

就可以辨識中風：
1 r" z( d  f. u4 n) AIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
( Z2 @5 j) C2 T7 TAsk the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
, r- l0 ]: I  k7 N5 y# cRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
* G( f! q* ]% ]1 y，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
2 l$ _" [6 i0 Z5 y; `  C7 U   
; a+ y+ d* S2 w+ xR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
0 G9 {, v4 W; N1 P1 jAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
1 k. O* @+ x  Z2 @3 V7 c, i! v注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
5 v9 T6 ?& N" AOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

+ @/ w( o# c7 C, Z& f4 K前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
