有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
  b% E+ F6 f( _+ W' `0 U3 J; D不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
$ a+ ~: a4 Q+ V6 C6 r9 T8 L6 I$ yYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
& z8 m7 g; Y' M! |If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
, S* S% D8 P0 x6 U中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
5 j' m0 x# ~$ q, K2 C+ U9 ]$ c5 GThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

, O! K+ G4 R9 @, WS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
& J6 b) `) H5 E* b2 tAsk the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
* O: Z  {4 x) |Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
. k- x# k" Y% t3 O* ^' f，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
1 K* f3 \+ ]6 o  C2 I6 _   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
5 k+ k; w+ @) L2 m0 k6 E5 V2 }2 H上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
. A  u8 F  C5 x- I# J( }+ YAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

) Y& y9 c8 O. I/ A前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
