T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手8 I: ^0 |! `/ @- u" y$ O) G+ q0 R
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time4 o; o2 H1 M0 C

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
0 S$ ~1 `: f) H/ }* jOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.& k( L( L+ f2 U9 X9 a, P5 m
3 S3 G" V7 G0 z |5 C& B8 h上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
5 l, o9 U% p* rAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!( Z6 `( g/ w- @8 p h7 y* K
