R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
& P2 [0 c/ Y# {8 ^8 L- E+ a9 MAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：
9 N, l/ [, p: y7 L* w. b3 f' C- M另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆+ p1 _- d0 r f8 p' i/ [8 a
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.) P9 N t2 {7 `$ `8 c. ^! {. J! }

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。7 j& w) j) V: ?2 }' s
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!1 b1 y1 Q& j0 W# M: r) V7 {' ~
