T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
7 D! v. c: j6 b( h6 R/ bRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
7 o3 W: T1 @# _* k，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
o8 Z1 `/ G4 x U7 w 6 r+ p. c# `0 V ~/ E; A
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手8 A2 t4 {' p2 L5 [. `- H5 S8 y
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time! R2 c2 C8 k! f/ n6 y4 j; l+ t
" S+ |* P/ N% J/ B+ l4 X- e注意 Note：
2 X$ Z7 e9 z* U( I, G另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
& Q- u7 V$ Q8 U. G, {One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
2 f8 j- @0 B: x3 }4 N - B0 ?+ a" I/ p9 i5 d5 y' J2 `
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。8 g5 `7 X& J7 K% q2 D! k4 v1 C
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!1 p8 ~$ R1 `3 @. c7 y6 ]% D
Z; T- j9 v9 q2 J: z' M& h$ n心臟科醫師說，1 R8 B: J8 ?3 T% Y1 n
