T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
& H+ d$ }. i" Y; B- @6 [Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)) d* {: V/ N: S& L

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
# G9 Q2 \' S& o3 a- T( E" SAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time: J. Z' Z4 W3 R

注意 Note：+ J" k5 L$ K3 i; u
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆4 K& P% j/ A+ c9 s7 X5 P
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
0 O; s, I0 q! P- f 9 G" B# I; a! A: E5 |0 t3 i z
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
- {4 }2 h/ p$ X3 p! X3 x7 I1 L( UAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!4 l3 N9 Q& \4 d4 O J
