Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

& W \) \9 L) u3 j T2 AR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
4 s1 d# x! n4 l: L5 Z) G5 y: tAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time- }1 g$ @ h2 b- q- D/ c. k. w

注意 Note：
' u! k9 `0 I$ E另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆) W! j8 b7 ]2 r, P+ [
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.' g( D& y* x9 w" K1 }$ C& T
" g4 \) N+ e- ^) i
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。( Z2 L1 \0 i4 ^+ N8 C; d7 f* @
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

心臟科醫師說，
