有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

5 `+ T! V0 u! R$ y4 g* t. e' jSometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
" Y5 N# a1 t+ ]7 Y" p! w不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
2 O3 ?+ _% r2 i) Z# f" b2 ~Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
" @0 w2 k/ N1 a# k   
5 @* h, f: d* e0 \& [身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
7 p. Y7 d; V2 bIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
, V& [$ W5 v" ^) Y) Q中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
3 i0 B3 d; O4 b5 U2 E醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
; T8 P- w/ Y! r( lA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
) U$ N# j( k. V就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
; W. j+ X& m, ^; b; ^  US ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
1 L& t7 T3 Z  a, u   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
9 Q* H, @$ |5 o: g/ z- p; Y   
$ c% @7 N6 k" E1 B4 FR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
4 u6 a' X. a2 n' Z0 k, OAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
! Y8 t. i: q1 W2 E另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

% d" n- V: W( |! p" C: V前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
