Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
" w8 A" r/ a4 Z8 r2 L2 ]- u，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

; d* w4 v5 y7 W+ a7 kR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手( e# f1 o& V8 m6 a* m+ Y
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time$ C4 N5 X, w; J$ G; y" Z8 |1 ~

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
* e o' l" q2 K& v, N9 H- w! p& POne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.- b3 M6 S) ~2 [
4 ~# Y: u; f Y$ u& W2 b! {4 H上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。/ ~8 q' s' G8 ]% h
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!. X# X/ h" l& _0 }- V% ]
7 t w4 F7 \# Z) k6 @心臟科醫師說，
