R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
+ J# F5 M0 t' [' @$ L2 ZAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time/ _ w' {4 g4 N* l) h9 w

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆: c' N" y3 y5 f2 R- K
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.# _5 V- c) v( V$ `* s
& X" f! P" d( g4 f3 ]$ h# Y
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。3 M/ V! S0 z9 p3 A5 g
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
