有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

. O( t/ u) \7 g0 t" }Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
; n5 N' W3 D2 N7 L# p1 @* k9 W   
' i4 Z9 K# q: k; y" J不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

' ^( t! U7 p8 E/ @4 `身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
" Y& P4 M  g( `; A/ h$ ]If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
0 s4 K' E9 \" `/ t8 P! M. D7 U中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
& z; a# |2 F9 @8 C! M   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

3 h# m9 n+ j" a$ S4 n/ ?就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

+ _8 o0 L7 k& SS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
/ q6 ?9 w8 w: k: t8 mAsk the patient to smile
- P0 K* F9 r4 \1 M   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
7 S/ {+ Y: {2 n6 J( m4 s3 fRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
- O$ v; ]/ ~8 f, G3 g7 @' k5 _，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
4 N3 z2 J) e8 g4 T) i6 L" G  }7 a   
* M- w' S- h6 N- r+ F5 LR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
: c" t7 R" _2 Q1 @注意 Note：
( B2 H+ d6 I4 V另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
$ ^! ~4 r( ]( K6 EOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
