Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)2 z+ W4 \; U- M
，e..g. The weather is sunny today. ^1 U. C! m, ?! z' W/ o+ }5 U1 i! e+ D

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手4 r9 Q e( b4 Y3 l
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

0 N3 t. M1 u- ]/ X) I另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆0 S5 p- U* S5 E+ H! f+ I# D; q& s
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.# B. r- T% o2 X! ?6 }6 T

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
. T0 s" n0 Q- l" R% zAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!% O( ^3 z- }/ {$ O( j1 Y* x/ n* F
2 O/ _+ I2 Y' p心臟科醫師說，& }8 ~1 y# J4 W+ ^: D
