Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)5 S2 C5 h3 R4 ~5 S6 o

5 b( b8 o8 A0 C$ iR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 [# |* \6 o- M& l$ OAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time( I8 }+ a4 E. n2 T

注意 Note：
9 T) R* U2 J. k: w! m5 {另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
( N2 Y. E7 k' d& c$ ]) ~/ A( @One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
! w t m8 \3 L9 O " n- g8 x7 ~) [0 l0 X3 T) i P- h
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
# F0 n( r, H) a: wAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
