有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

$ Q/ ^- P6 j$ @1 M; Y5 C; n, dT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
% [% |/ D  p) y8 Y0 j, SRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
9 o9 N2 v, x7 V" Y2 e& ]1 z' N3 B/ @/ }   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
9 k3 @; T( Y4 b5 K, v- N   
: X# B2 f8 r0 R! {3 ]5 V8 R/ o注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
* Q0 D1 r2 c  R6 qOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
