有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
& e& Z- w. P" R8 m7 z+ ^2 [; T& U; ~/ bIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
' M* |+ @. h  ?' }   
: A0 K" m$ r* d% M. Q1 s3 P中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

% m; I' W8 t# [就可以辨識中風：
3 @/ \) J8 a; C  ?, zIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
' l% d7 \, ^# [( C, Q" x1 n% jS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
1 U5 P/ A1 U  {5 _8 h# ^Ask the patient to smile
   
# T2 f1 l5 K( j6 w9 l+ WT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
. S! X7 E7 C) lRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
9 F3 c; C5 b& z4 H9 ?，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
& ^6 ]5 L# j, [* t8 n. B* O7 zR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
  |) H# ?1 x1 w0 M& U, L4 V   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
3 g$ s" g. s, k! D8 R5 VOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
1 ^; |. n8 R1 G% {上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
