有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)( d* N& X5 `, O
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.6 x, @# p% R% |8 n. G
; k% p5 s# Y2 M( {( L
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
$ J* |) U- f8 Z2 ^ V8 G1 F2 fAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆( P" J, m/ C- ]* m" t+ x7 _ ]8 u& s
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

& |& E; m- x% W& i! K1 O# F: J+ X- K上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。+ U6 t' f) r2 A+ b9 M+ G
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!/ T3 a2 H: X v0 K2 V' \6 t- R9 q
