T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
- {, F6 U. R" c' @1 nRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
9 |& y8 ]' T& C0 s- q; S，e..g. The weather is sunny today.6 j5 O. V+ | |& Z6 b3 g( t
8 |& i6 Q* S) k) E0 Z/ g5 eR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
`- k( K; Q- {7 o7 H; ]2 x9 y# HAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：& K5 }3 W/ v/ i7 x! T( m; j* _
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆5 x- _- K! A- }) ^! U8 v! C* D- U
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.9 a7 l) C% E f2 _/ K- u* I I: D' P; B

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
) @: {1 ?% s7 t& C% f$ W& v, BAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!' d9 R& `8 B, Q7 g2 p! P
