T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
; j2 R! F- x, G& q( _, xRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
; b; C3 r4 h1 Y，e..g. The weather is sunny today.5 O+ `7 ]& r$ I2 S1 n: Y' G
$ N+ o. c' O' y B5 rR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
- T* f) {* _8 ~4 g- x9 FAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time" }5 E/ X# r" ]. o- _
7 D% v4 @9 A& H/ c注意 Note：1 }: o, Y8 N/ w. s
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆) z- \7 P3 S# X* D
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.% \) j- H/ M" r# V
, w6 }, o7 Z: N9 Q上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。2 k5 A' |7 o) k( w0 p. o% }" y6 t
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!' F, F2 I* X# ^/ C( S. q" y( t
