T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
/ y/ U/ @6 d, I. @; k- wAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
7 e$ S* O F$ c; `% U3 e( I" F
* @4 K% h% n* t# @- U" c: N; U2 u. L% s注意 Note：3 S0 }4 A0 J, G: e5 Q. o
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆8 P6 W. K% R* a3 s
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.+ L- L* P8 ~( u- F) P
* m) r: c9 p$ g: E+ N上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。( x! b8 G- O! m- s' w: a' G
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!5 M* R) }' f, e4 ]+ o6 j
