有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

朋友們幫她清洗乾淨，又為她盛了一盤食物，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
  v' D4 y: a6 U! gSometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
& g$ {" p+ G1 i* U2 }不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
' O8 Q0 J5 a) A- r- @; dYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
+ A- l+ \9 S( T! v' d身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
) c. S# o. v9 |3 N* Q) H) {If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。

# x5 p4 L7 r2 O: Y5 O4 I- W醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
( \. U# D3 e$ T8 X) L, V4 D   
) m- D; ]8 ~! n" X3 y! MT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
1 e5 m) f5 T2 h. Y4 L, \Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
, y( X  O0 z- f" m# ?* O0 IR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
. z, ], l5 ^  V, y5 g# H* \Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
& J+ w% Z8 l& ]4 q3 {7 z/ R" `   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
& X8 g8 C7 @' P5 V1 vOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
* Y! m" {+ \7 }% b: K   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
( r9 ]$ X& |# SAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
$ l+ T+ T# D  n, w4 K3 c6 ]$ G# o/ O

A cardiac surgeon says :

Whenever a person forwards this message to 10 other persons,

It can safe save at least one life.

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
