有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

, `" q) s' W0 p+ K+ l* OS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
" y* N& m6 p5 Z7 t1 \Ask the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
; _( m0 W2 K# zRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
; F4 T) G/ V3 h& _( u4 G- m: J，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
( X$ ?, b8 B& `6 d4 }2 K6 i   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
4 i6 q- f' h, k0 E. RAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
6 d- Q* x, Z" F另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
* i5 f6 c: O$ ?% M* h; q6 SOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
; K7 s6 q! V! l* O) G   
$ o5 I9 J  X: r/ C+ G$ ~1 g. `上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

! w* i& x6 w8 o1 P前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
