S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
' x# Z* l: m/ f) Q, f! P9 Y Z9 ` VRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
; W' }( K7 y4 L2 b1 q，e..g. The weather is sunny today.# E& [: s# Z' b9 J) L2 O
& a0 l* V) `% E2 y4 fR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 C, j; a6 K, z7 P9 ~: v% hAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time' H* S, ^2 x3 [ ~& e
( c! W4 i# N" A) A% ~: X' l注意 Note：, y: \8 G8 o5 f- g* X' D) x; v) j
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
. c2 Z, b6 w5 ~ U* F/ p6 F8 P+ QOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
' F" V* } M. E E# Q# O3 W1 b2 j
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。' m$ Y( p" o( e( l) n
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!3 K0 H6 ^& w" X* z/ x3 h
