有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

Friends helped her clean up her body, and got a plate of food for her,

Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
4 M- t. v6 ~5 z$ w/ K* i" AYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
3 g' u" T+ Q6 [! l2 ?   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
! U/ N6 }+ T1 d9 _$ N: EIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
- l) Y, [& i4 |! M7 e中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
4 Z2 S! q$ H% J$ \* ~% \The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
0 k( u% q( q/ D4 W醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
5 S8 w" u" d6 u2 Z& @; `# KS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
5 c9 s# k: R. J4 h: LAsk the patient to smile
   
& v7 m: L1 Z$ s- r+ C0 cT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
' p# x. [  S7 m0 r! _，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
8 I9 M/ Y1 G) `$ g9 Q9 bR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
; K4 E2 m+ @1 u. d" u   
注意 Note：
6 f# T& [; n" o0 B! J另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
& z9 u0 a2 X$ K( V/ tOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
5 z8 {$ [( d5 \- C, i* n& y   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

3 x: R! |4 q( ]! h6 y前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
