9 R g* U2 m5 V. T3 x$ d: |1 [& cT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。" G; H; ?& ?. b/ r
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
& P6 Q# |6 B' W3 N) Q2 T，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
3 g m3 q+ M% N& R* `* V9 u$ W! h# S , V, u( B6 h+ \+ q+ O
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
: l4 N' r( q& e5 y5 W$ u$ i% e8 VAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time- n2 _& t2 q8 h( O: V9 @; E
* H& z. l* r# q) G" J5 ^% j: S7 a. y注意 Note：) a7 M- _; K# w+ f' G5 f
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
+ r: z2 n% ~, _6 L& ^+ zOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.4 i# j* z; [$ O; V d8 x$ U

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。! y7 {- X5 p! |" ]
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!: X& Z/ x+ L- Z
