Ask the patient to smile

- \, x* g6 I, v- M( v+ WT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
0 Z; P" D5 K/ v3 r+ C; vRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)* X7 T3 A, |( F
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
( {* u: c# B9 k C( D6 x% c
% Z5 ]- ^1 y7 d% |" m4 a% _6 RR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
2 X7 h2 c: w8 O, {# o+ D a |Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time2 B7 ]: O" t+ I8 F/ L% g
+ L3 J& f+ P) w# J3 g* |6 t& t注意 Note：
: z" E8 u4 t) `, A7 A' C! ^另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
1 V' O* [/ R3 M0 x9 D7 E, gOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
* A9 x' ~/ ~4 w9 F3 N% k4 m8 M4 T: H - o& y" G8 |" ~/ u, e
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。9 @. y; U/ i4 ?
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
