Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。0 B# C+ c- H, T: ^
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
% Q( u& Z' Z" h- Q7 K7 k，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
7 X) }7 }. F. {" r' V. J% l6 G
6 d- I+ Q" k: `0 e0 W, A5 c( N0 bR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手# F ]1 f5 ?% C4 c u: G4 t
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time/ v2 V8 S& a* B' O- u' A7 s+ L, O% ]
! ^' E9 ]9 |) r( z6 l( e+ W注意 Note：. v/ L q9 j' L/ J7 _
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆% P& E) i' p V/ R( t
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
) B4 t. o: k( Y2 k ; o7 ?% P# \* X5 p
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。" O8 F# _9 t6 C1 A
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

心臟科醫師說，3 A6 r8 z! _. y& ~" b H
