有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

) |: h. U* ]& T% C7 `) k7 uIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

$ T8 J5 ?9 U4 ^" k# E- V, u! mT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
0 p' a: }1 U! U6 y/ fRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
! U5 J9 o4 ~9 Q- jR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
. ?( I4 \0 B% A2 ?. n4 D( p$ m注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
1 d& Z/ Q; A0 _( G+ X5 N2 v* h上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
1 M2 P" g' z' u! H) a% j2 _Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

A cardiac surgeon says :

Whenever a person forwards this message to 10 other persons,

5 v, l7 W- \6 r9 q前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
