有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，

Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。( q* y% m% |: D# k2 C$ |
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
# x* u! r* J2 Q! s7 r，e..g. The weather is sunny today.& U0 t/ l. A9 q$ a, V/ I) L9 I6 \% @
9 I* ~+ g7 |" d5 ^ }2 q/ oR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手 ~; }/ j2 F5 h$ B
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time6 u& n) K6 g/ }! l# ^* T
1 V: m, I5 W: P3 P* y注意 Note：+ j2 @! P! ?& a2 u- } K0 F: O
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆5 v4 H: {- R3 u/ ^. W* ^& v
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.7 k7 X8 l9 }$ N2 J" j* q) @
+ `, Q% W' t" i& L( z+ c7 ?上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
+ ?3 W5 V, t" O* A. P& a7 G0 \6 a; eAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
, C% i7 d# s1 t. h
; g7 |2 ?4 M) Q# ^ }心臟科醫師說，
