T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。$ S+ k) r- j8 \5 I6 u
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
) B" i6 \8 @( e( v3 `) o3 V，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
! X; m0 j* }1 \& b+ H, ]* L/ a+ W7 ? : _+ J2 v5 u9 ?; a, r5 Y
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
- v& j) N; I: i7 p& l0 Q4 e8 LAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time. x: c# h" N8 I8 K( H* \; L) H

注意 Note：
# o- h1 n' N% H5 j8 X9 N另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆/ X+ A5 c% [7 B. [4 |1 \
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.3 c0 D% j# E) t6 Q
$ ]+ [: ]7 e" n+ P1 w% g$ l( G上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
6 A- k3 Q: C1 L! x+ [Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
