8 C  ~. a( O2 }" A* n0 Q& GKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
: {/ ^2 e3 b( Z$ C' ?/ o9 g+ Q To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
6 U* o' E3 ~, n5 Q# r( A2 Y To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
$ }& Q* |1 {3 Q% E  v. _3 \7 N To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

$ k3 y, R3 Y$ KQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
5 o- h9 {  T" u5 } 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
% ~/ ?0 [2 W( C6 _: S4 i Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
8 m% ^5 K! z: h% L$ [ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
; J& R; x7 ~% F* i9 d6 P3 D Current CPR and First Aid certifications
. G1 B0 G% n% R8 W$ r/ D' w, e Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
