  n; C; ~  p: j* I, w+ UKey Responsibilities:
7 t2 L( l: l- }: ?0 J To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
. K1 B# z5 X- h7 c% t$ d0 i7 c To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
9 L+ V9 ]) ?" V" C To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
0 E9 M6 n, A" x- J- h To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

: h3 W9 {. _8 e; b9 _' q9 Y& `& |Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
: v7 k: I5 n! y3 H2 N/ q/ E" t( ?3 e Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
6 w, f4 j4 w' `5 A: u2 @ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
