1 L% M1 U) t& BKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
' N( @" w" l; Z$ i9 k To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
, n# P2 d( t+ q( ]$ e1 c To help promote the program in the community.
3 b0 H3 r( e) f To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
$ s. Q: U. K+ [ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
5 P/ V0 u" I3 P, ~ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
! j8 ]! Q) d( K To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
* O$ z7 S& U' _. B0 w( r 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
! X. B& B. L: F4 F+ p& A. ?( [% [ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
' ~' E4 t1 u; j8 F Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
