Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
) Z  X# ]8 O" K% r( K4 w* C
  A8 [; U* Q, C; x. k+ F" M1 @Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)

A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

9 {9 M+ S/ C, pI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

xp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
