Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.+ q! o, n% E/ B2 P. }- K1 x5 A
Responsibilities In this position, you will:
) R/ K8 v, v, s) F3 m• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
1 F( G6 p6 x! j1 R; v) \• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
9 m; k" T3 u4 L0 Y& z; d7 H$ U5 o7 ^• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
7 B7 }5 Q- P- q9 _: R• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; c6 r) C, C! u, S- l; k; E# T
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
