Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
" V5 Z/ ]/ o" x r7 w( x2 |Responsibilities In this position, you will:
6 U. }4 [" b+ X, N: o• Plan and design major road and highway projects; * U, d' \* ] Q" J6 r
• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
0 ?( C7 b; @5 Q& c9 D8 A- u3 O6 {$ E• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
! R: V) e$ T+ i0 Q) j' H, a# p• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; ' ~4 t& i- r8 c- D6 q+ d
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
