Position Overview This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
, ^9 g# [- @5 \" ?- t' ^Responsibilities In this position, you will: 9 Q+ k) a/ k( S: j5 g# _4 z0 ^
• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
! ?/ M- D3 i3 A8 ~4 Q4 P- q• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
2 T8 V# i& U$ b; ^3 x• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
1 N; G( ?0 G \• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects; * N0 x6 O, o4 w, E% i- D u
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates. |
