BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

1 _3 ?: I5 `7 j; X) T; [This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
  f3 X$ T0 }: }5 i) ]7 t2 w
These small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
$ {4 O+ T% o. J7 r   Barrier Methods
' x* Y  n' M8 |   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
+ I# B4 b& P- Z# W- @; \                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
