         No immigrant status in Canada is required to access this service.

BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
! A' s( o" P: y$ J0 ]
6 G4 a% N( a+ Z5 H9 i% s) S& L3 XThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
   Barrier Methods
   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods

                 Canada
