Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
1 Y9 G1 B& v8 g# V* o& H$ w- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
. |: H& X2 W& H7 z8 k- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)

Qualifications:
9 v5 x* B; [( X: U/ N! j
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
9 I" F( a6 \- A1 i4 M8 e' O* n3 L- communication skills
- b" y2 i' a) e6 I+ K/ m- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
6 k6 I( Y( ]4 y/ g4 X6 i- good computer skills
/ [0 k- t# a7 Y% m) ~8 U! l9 ?- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
