動人心弦的小男孩 (Little Boy Touches Hearts)

I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a Cashier hand this little boy some money back.* ?5 x" R( [+ N% Q  w
我在「塔杰」商店閒逛時,看到收銀員將一些錢退還給小男孩。

The boy couldn ' t have been more than 5 or 6 years old.( b5 `$ @; J' z* v: v4 _' r; N

The Cashier said, ' I ' m sorry, but you don ' t have enough money to buy this doll. '+ M4 w: W7 t  g% a5 ^' k
收銀員說:『抱歉!你買這娃娃的錢不夠。』

) L* @& I  H+ @Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ' ' Granny,$ C8 E  o/ Y7 W! l3 c( h+ x
are you sure I don ' t have enough money? ' '

/ G) I/ B' [4 QThe old lady replied: ' ' You know that you don ' t have enough money to buy this doll, my dear. ' '" I% _& `) A/ h' r+ D% S: I
老婦人回道:「親愛的!你知道買這個娃娃的錢是不夠的。」

Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly.0 q8 w3 u/ g/ Q, p/ m

The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her after all, and not to worry." m' u2 |! M  `8 t1 K  B

5 Z8 [7 F" G- d" `Then he showed me a very nice photo of himself. He was laughing. He then told me ' I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won ' t forget me. '

『好呀!』他說『我希望有足夠的錢』。沒讓他看見,我塞了一些錢到他的錢包中,我們開始數錢。買娃娃的錢足 了,甚之還有剩餘呢。5 \) @& i- N6 @$ R: L( Q3 g

- Y& z" F7 {: oThe little boy said: ' Thank you God for giving me enough money! '

Then he looked at me and added, ' I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me! ' '

I couldn ' t get the little boy out of my mind.

Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young
! t; d0 T! G8 Y3 ?* f; e& {woman and a little girl." B3 b7 J+ B) d5 m" s

The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical

life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma.

I couldn ' t stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.
& C5 v$ j' ~% Q( m2 K5 l' s( ~! j3 m我不自主的買了一束白玫瑰,來到喪家,年輕少婦的遺體在她埋葬前讓人瞻仰與最後許願。

0 n/ f. s  t+ j! g5 m4 ]7 c& qShe was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.7 a7 ~9 j6 F4 \, Z! [! a0 d

对自己负责。对别人负责,对社会负责,请勿酒后驾车。因为这个小男孩有可能成为你家的孩子。
