Ratio: 73% (93%, 78%, 69%)
# Price changes: 207 (239, 216, 239)
# Expired Listings: 204 (85, 129, 102)
# Withdrawn/terminated/etc. listings: 21 (27, 19, 37)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -86 (-80, -58, 18)
Active listings for single family homes: 2326 (2400, 2456, 2488)
Active listings for condos: 1935 (2008, 2007, 2015)
