Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

7 s3 o* W* Z; F7 \& m6 ~. I8 |3 _7 Hor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
