To write the test in April or OCT
or take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

9 H1 S* _8 m' |2 C: QMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
