今天李华和Michael在对话里使用的两个常用语，一个是：to ditch，另一个是：to hit the spot。现在Michael 正在图书馆里做功课，李华来找他。

L: 原来hit the spot 就是满足一个人的需要。你刚才很想喝咖啡，喝了就感到非常过隐，很痛快。Hit the spot 是哪三个字组成的？
