我根据自己的经验瞎说说哈。现在是忙的季节，你可以在www.mls.ca上看房子，看上后联系你的realtor让他（她）带你们看房子。我知道有的realtor可以根据你的需要定期给你邮箱发list，这也是一个很方便的方式。
