Location is good , price is good; Is it eagleridge subdivision? The only downside is : I heard of underground water problem(too much) in this area, especially that close to the river.

9 j7 O/ N9 w% p  A不是Eagle Ridge。从 455（含） 往南是 River Ridge，往北是 Eagle Ridge。
