, r! n% f( m. v- H* C因为买房的话，最低需要付5%的首付，这个项目专门为没有钱付首付或者不愿意付首付的顾客提供。CIBC会给您付最多7%的房子的价钱作为您的首付。因为CIBC给您付首付，相对的利息会按照CIBC 现有的3-,4-,5-,6-,7,10-的closed fix rate来算。  

如果您没有足够资金去付首付，这个program就很适合。

谢谢解答，看来已经晚了。首付肯定是没问题，我现在就是想弄个利率低一些的，而且是那种随时可以换贷款的那种，今天单位已经开了收入证明，想提前做个。假如有利率低的请及时再告诉我，谢谢了。
