Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

Activity Planning and Daily Activity
; D* A+ n' X& D/ Q& Y- I•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
0 h) B7 m* {, i9 D5 e7 K•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
/ z1 b& m4 z' Y- B. o
2 C+ R: A: _2 B# v- r1 L" y2 CThe successful candidate will have:

; [5 D6 r' }4 r3 U& }! x. L4 D•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
  a9 z8 {' t  l( P- q. z•        Experience with children
•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
( d( [  B3 P# p, F4 E+ E•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
; n$ n! s) _  @5 ?0 R* y•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
