问问这个新区好不好？

看中了windermere north那个新区
9 O; X* r! N& ^( ?5 E8 V% C+ B
( p$ D: ~- u6 Z  Q过条马路有wal mart  区里规划的大部分都是40 42 的lot  
0 O/ ?$ M8 U. h6 T我们看中的是30的lot（在walk out lot的正对面） 喜欢的户型是2300多尺的 2 story

建筑商是landmark  想问问大家这个区好不好

Depends, some people like it and others may be not since this area is too close to commercial. Some may consider as convenience, others may say too busy of traffic into the area.
