Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. 2. garage w/concrete foundation vs. those w/footings. 5 A% w# }/ t& |+ I% Z4 N3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). 8 k9 p3 n' \) S- D* b. y4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.4 J3 a7 \) v9 Z3 ?

A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
