A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. Reception

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries/ d# o. b4 {9 e+ _
• Arrange courier services for all departments

Administration

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
$ o2 {2 X9 M3 t6 I7 R4 j• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 6 z& P3 `- X' ]" {! P j" D% u s
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration/ w3 N. t- Z8 W+ |% T9 \2 \
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers 2 \; h# c% A7 G; _0 k" j* z A
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

Registrar
9 @, G2 r$ f8 V• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

Qualifications:" W% A G) Q9 |) l
c2 ~' \; g1 h. K3 |' I( y0 U( G• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures( m; y6 R- D7 K# F* u3 p& }
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.' g9 F$ @1 S" D: S4 Y" m
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
^9 p) r( ]8 D5 F7 _• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Able to interact in a positive manner with diverse population
