是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

Outside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

) N6 }6 D+ L- A/ mU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
On a roadway between intersections.
