There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
. J+ i# R4 C4 H9 d* m' \* QPoint Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.- v2 Z1 k. C5 h, }
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

& n; h2 ?! s5 ?% j5 bThe National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).2 l# e7 s2 H& i* ?' f) H
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.

There are also two Provincial Parks within an hours drive- Wheatley Provincial Park(closest), and Rondeau (farther to the west) if you wish to camp. |
