- }0 }( `! N( l9 b) n$ o9 s- a• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
4 O2 j! J* @, v( m, ndistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
& H' f, x9 z( K8 |9 m! z• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
/ I- O- g# r' S• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
" c+ C, F- d  W  ]• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! d2 w; {" [6 I" e& ?, v• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
; a# A" O4 f5 ]& Y* Z$ _• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
, m% K: ~/ Y% h4 c- h5 D9 O• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
- H5 k+ ~5 J+ u0 J• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
7 Q0 j) W) G; y% |, A• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
7 y8 Z6 Z5 V! u9 x; {0 P• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
) R* m- P% _& Y; j• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
% s. c! v& D6 u/ w% s0 u0 M• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
  z( O% n& Z: u* v8 W. @2 F• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
0 L  n$ s; J/ z• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
% q# p. i* B4 g( ~3 `  _. @• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
( @6 m- j( P6 a  v0 L& D• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
2 g" ~5 _* u1 k• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
$ R2 q7 F: ]$ F! Z9 r( x. E• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

" F4 Z$ _1 [) D5 O+ ^7 K) _2 L. FEducation / Experience
  m% r/ r6 p0 Q  t4 u; V0 ?• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
$ [0 A1 D% @+ T, ^! ^• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
0 N; [# T$ x7 i• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
