• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.

• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.

• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.2 A( {3 T& ]8 k0 Q, x1 D
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

" n8 n5 D [) z3 ]* M+ c4 K• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner - o0 u; r* {3 r

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.4 ^6 t9 G+ S+ s6 e6 Y
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. / m* l& f& g1 w$ I4 l$ `4 ?

• Grade 12 / GED. ! n _' g/ J7 r' A, k; [
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 3 O4 i8 x' e6 X
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. - j+ Z% x" J; E
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 3 k: |! }+ O) N3 d
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. - t) y( g/ k* F: B7 f2 u
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.4 N1 g6 l2 B1 {# S' A: n& @
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
