Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
, |5 A% ?' J  @3 x$ x" m6 bSell merchandise to customers
6 e. R8 c5 H( b1 jResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
1 V; @/ E* C8 P( C& T/ dMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
' b! R  @, V8 l- V1 e3 VPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
