准备在dealer那买车，请问

准备买一个二手车，dealer做了safety inspection，也更换了几个配件。 请问是否有必要自己再找一家车行全面检查一番？
另外，这个车5 speed transmission，有滑档现象，是否算是个大问题？ 非常感谢先！

BTW, what make, model, which year you are buying.

变速箱有问题的车最好别买, 一旦变速箱需要更换大概比车还贵.
