Buying a condo from Comfree.com

Hi, Im eyeing this condo listed on Comfree.com, and Im ready to present an offer. Just wonder if anyone has similiar experience buying from comfree.com. If you do, I wonder if you can share your experience with me, warn me of all the pros and cons.
