  j) Y) v, s# Z& _# UWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
0 p( q2 K% N3 D  J- ~! b* D$ b3 u0 O, V        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
8 \) F9 F7 }, U        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
1 S  J& }' I8 M+ P+ {& b0 N        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
6 V3 @( ]$ o7 H) `: C( \' h* _+ I        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
- w2 [. i/ `# n3 U% k* B% ]* R/ z        General building management;
% X5 C, T& S2 j5 B- Z1 p; a4 N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
