3 B  b: b) u, V1 K3 S3 Q9 IWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

5 p+ b% B1 [! h; r' i$ z# R$ i5 YEducational requirement:  
$ H5 j  |  V- n  t        University Degree, or
$ _% f  {2 J9 G+ Z2 L+ V6 x( V        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
% w6 [- U" J+ F. I6 r7 J        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
( P! K  ~$ Q8 O        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
9 c( E  @# g  k& D        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
