The honorable Rongkuan Qian, vice minister of DTLY-F (regular operations) today said the deparment decided to terminate credit unions at MBNA and Petro-Canada for an enhancement of the centralized system proposed by Rui Wang, vice minister of DTLY-F (developments & strategies). Upon announcement, DTLY-F investment index jumped up +4%.
