Staco的外墙，1430Sf的面积，只要Location不是太差，管它是Townhouse还是Duplex，很有潜力涨到35万的。要是在西南，40万是打不住的，怎么也得43万。

Condo is not a house type, it can be any type of residence as long as it has a condo agreement ( this may not be a correct term, but it's some kind of an agreement/rules that all owners of condo residence are bound)
